The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk provided us with all the info we needed, and they let us stay at the facility after our check out time as a courtesy due to our train been few hours later. The cleaning crew was very friendly and attent. The room were always clean and fresh smelling each day. The restaurant staff were again friendly, caring, and willing to go an extra mile to ensure all our needs were meet! I want to said thank you to you all! We went there for visit my young nieces after the recent passing of my sister and you all made this time easier for all of us!

Tania the receptionist and room supervisor did our stay excellent. She was very responsive and provide with any request we had. This is called great customer service.
